Life is insanely unfair. While men never have to worry about their butts or thighs looking like a dimple plantation, women on the other hand are destined to cellulite and saggy skin, dimpled butts and big saggy thighs.

Cellulite’s like a genetic prank on women, as its main catalyst are female hormones. While men accumulate fat  high in the abdominal area, the genetic makeup in women tend to distribute the fat through the upper legs, rear end and lower abdominal cavity.

The striking difference can be easily seen on overweight men and women.

Another cause of big fat thighs is of course your lifestyle. If you are constantly sitting down or lying down, fat will over time accumulate. On the other hand, if you are constantly on your feet, walking, running, standing up then you wouldn’t give fat a chance to accumulate.

If however, you are on sports, and are extremely active, you run the risk of getting big fat thighs that might not be flabby and wobbly, but instead rock hard muscle thighs. This is definitely better than fat flabby thighs, but for people who don’t want thick fat thighs and want the slim sexy thin thighs look one of the best options here is to stretch your muscles more. Or in other words make them as flexible as possible.

In the end, there is nothing you can do to stop the onslaught of cellulite and the risk of getting fat thighs. How hard Cellulite hits you will be a mix of your hormones, genes and lifestyle. But not to worry, there are always ways to reduce these effects.
