Stop Eating Useless Calorie

If you take a look at your thunder thighs and analyze how you got them in the first place, you shouldn’t be surprised when you find out it’s because of what you’ve been eating. With thunder thighs, what goes in sometimes doesn’t come out.

no-junk-foodOne of the best and most effective ways to losing big fat thighs is to simply ditch all those foods that provide nothing else but calories. They don’t call them junk food for nothing. Junk foods like sodas, chips, candies, cookies, doughnuts, ice cream, pizza’s are junk because most of the time, they’re filled with little to none nutritional benefit, and are loaded with MSG, preservatives, artificial coloring and calories. And if you think eating junk has nothing to do with your thunder thighs, think again.

Now when I tell you to stop eating junk food, it doesn’t mean you stop eating completely. It just means instead of filling yourself up with useless junk, you load up on another kind of food. Food that I call the anti thunder thighs whole foods. If you guessed lean meats, fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes and dairy… you’re right!

There is absolutely no substitute to eating right. In fact, being a fitness and training consultant, I see a lot of women turn their huge thunder thighs into thin thighs in no time just by eating right. Sometimes eating the right food is all you need to have the body of your dreams.

For some, eating the right food alone won’t guarantee losing those big thighs. You need to do a little extra work but hopefully not a lot.

thigh-workoutsNow that you’ve been eating right, you’re sure that no junk is going into your body anymore. So it’s time to concentrate on losing those fat that is in your thighs and hips.

The fastest and most effective way to lose any kind of fat is to burn them. You burn them when your body moves. To burn thunder thigh fat faster, you simply have to move and work out those thighs and hip areas. The great thing about this is that there are tons of exercises you can do to lose fat in those area.

Jogging and running are two exercises that anyone can learn to love doing. Another is aerobics. Yoga, kick boxing, belly dancing, swimming, any movement in fact, that targets the lower body can be used to lose those unwanted thunder thighs.

You simply have to choose what you love to do then do it.

Follow these two lifestyle guidelines and you’ll be on your way to having thin thighs in no time.
